CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The construction manager serves as a liaison and ensures that the owner’s best interests are carried out.
CM's are tasked with various tasks including ensuring that the project scope is carried out on time and according to budget.
The CM helps with bidding processes, project mitigation, relocations, risk management, and more. We understand our clients may lack the time and experience to perform these tasks themselves so they hire us, who are knowledgeable about the process, to help.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Property Maintenance Managers oversee all the repairs and home maintenance of residential and commercial properties, including single-family homes, apartment complexes, office buildings, and rental homes.

Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly. Ensures that the home is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures. BABD is a direct employee of the home owner, not a leasing company with a brokerage.
